Returns and withdrawal

For consumer purchases made online, a statutory 14-day withdrawal right generally applies from receipt of the goods, subject to legal exceptions. You may notify RB Events Kft. of your decision to withdraw by emailing hello@ntommy.com with an unambiguous statement and your order details.

For sealed audio recordings, the statutory withdrawal exception may apply after the seal has been broken following delivery. This does not affect mandatory rights relating to faulty goods.

How to return an item

Please contact hello@ntommy.com before sending an item back so that we can provide the confirmed return address and practical instructions. Return address: RB Events Kft., 1141 Budapest, Öv utca 118. 1/3, Hungary. The allocation of return shipping costs will be specified in the final policy before the shop opens.

Refunds

Where withdrawal is valid, statutory refund deadlines and conditions apply, including the rules on reimbursing standard outbound delivery costs and the possibility of withholding reimbursement until goods are received back or evidence of their return is provided, as permitted by law. The exact refund method will be confirmed in the final policy.

Damaged or defective items

If your record arrives damaged or appears defective, please contact hello@ntommy.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
