Products and prices

ntommy.com offers the N’Tommy – EP, a physical 12-inch vinyl record in a limited edition. The displayed price is HUF 25,000 including VAT. Stock availability is shown on the product page.

Ordering

Customers select the product, review the cart, enter the required billing and delivery details, and submit the order through the checkout. The customer receives an order acknowledgement by email. The seller will communicate any inability to fulfil an order.

Payment

Payment is by bank transfer. Please use the order number as the payment reference. Orders are dispatched after payment is received.

Delivery

Delivery is available within Hungary via MPL home delivery. The currently configured shipping charge is HUF 1,500 including VAT. The delivery estimate and shipping arrangements will be provided or confirmed before launch.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers purchasing online generally have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from the contract, subject to the exceptions provided by law. The period for goods generally runs from receipt. To exercise withdrawal, contact hello@ntommy.com with a clear statement. For sealed audio recordings, the statutory exception may apply if the seal is broken after delivery. Faulty goods and complaints
